Sleepy Friday

Most rainy days you can catch me taking it easy but actually putting some sort of an effort into getting things checked off my to do list. BUT, if I get a nice and gloomy Friday where the rain never stops I pretty much succumb to the mood and laze about all day long. That's exactly what Harv's and I did last Friday.

I made a full pot of coffee, we baked some chocolate chip banana nut muffins and never changed out of our pajamas.  We colored, had a few dance parties and while she napped I watched an old black and white movie (Harvey, referred by a few people once they found out Harvey's name) in my living room barely lit up by the gloomy grey skies outside.

 

Oh my how I was tempted to turn on the fireplace but beings that my air conditioner is still on I refrained.  Once Brad was home we made some pizza and I'm pretty sure I was in bed by 9:00.
