Ombrè Cherries

My gracious mother-in-law let me borrow her 50mm lens for a little while so that I can try it out and see if it is something I would use.  Testing it out on Harvey wore on my patience quickly so I took a couple deep breaths and moved on to something easier.

My assistant obviously took over mid-shoot and thought her artistic view was much better than mine.  I should have taken a picture of the aftermath she left in her wake.  Half eaten cherries strewn across the table and her hands, face and hair covered in a delicious pink stickiness.  Her Aunt Heather tried to teach her how to "de-pit" them but Harvey has given up on that and decided that it's my job to clean up after her.  With cherries being $5.00 a pound I can assure you she won't be doing that for long.
