Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at home and it was so nice to have the long weekend to get some things checked off our to-do list.  Having Brad at home makes it so much easier to get things 100% done rather than having four different projects going on and nothing ever getting finished. Which seems to be the theme these days.

After we took care of errands we spent the rest of the time outside and got to dye some eggs for the first time with Harvey.  She was actually pretty patient and gentle with the eggs.  She said the pink egg was her "fwav-wite." And yes, she is in her swimsuit.  We didn't pull out the pool but she did play around in her splash tub for a good while which got me excited for the warmer weather.  I'm pretty excited to see the two of them enjoying the water together this summer.

I wanted to grab some pictures after church on Sunday morning and for the most part they turned out ok. Harvey is getting pretty good at smiling for me when I need her to and Harry gave his signature furrowed brow look most of the time.

Harry looking like a BIG boy and don't worry Harv's has shorts under her dress. I'm sure that will be the norm for a while. We're still working with her on what it means to be a lady while wearing a dress.

Until it came time to grab some pictures with me.  Every single picture Brad took he looked like this. And I look just plain tired. Oh well! His sister was too busy swinging (as you can see in the background) to join in but at least we got a few to remember the day. So thankful that I'm able to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior with my little family!
