What's inside my hangy ball?

Harvey has hit a phase where she wants to know what is inside of everything.  A few of the questions I get daily are:

What's inside the walls?
What's inside the TV?
What's inside the the door of the car?
What's inside my bones?

Most of the time the answer is pretty easy but when I get questions like, "What's inside my hangy ball," I'm not quite sure what to answer.

She's also gotten into some interesting book choices lately.  She likes books about the human body, more specifically the heart and bones. Most of the time she likes just looking at them but when she picks that for a bedtime story I can't help but try and push her in a different direction.  It rarely works.

She informed me a few days ago that the next time we go to the library we needed to get more books on chairs, cars and lamps.  I try my best not to laugh but sometimes it's hard to keep a straight face with her!

One day as we were playing in the living room she out of no where said, "Harry just made a face that looked like Herbert Hoover!"  Sad part is she was probably right.

While I know it won't last for forever I do hope her inquisitive mind sticks around for a while. Even if there are days when it drives me crazy!
