We had the perfect morning to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. So that's just what we did. While my tent isn't exactly Pinterest worthy I think we did pretty well with the things we had on hand. A laundry line, picnic blanket, bath mats and some left over rope.
I'll admit, I get a lot more enjoyment out of the tent than Harvey does. I had to coax her into spending more than 30 seconds in there with a book to read. I thought it might buy me some time to get a few things done around the house but Harv's wanted nothing to do with it unless I was in there with her. I guess I can't blame her. Murph and Harvey both tried helping with the set up and she was actually not too bad at driving the stake in the ground. Murphy on the other hand did nothing to help our cause other than chewing up my supplies.
Harv's might just need to wait a little longer until she can fully enjoy the tent. I'm just glad I didn't run out and spend money on making one like I had planned. One thing she did get to see was a wild animal while were out there roughing it. We caught a little video of him below.
